Good Morning FS Warriors - Post refeed weight, the jump was expected, but it is also not as large of a jump as I expected, but I will take it. It means that my not drinking liquids after 7pm is doing the job of keeping my fluids in check. My sleep has been undisturbed at night since I started that. No under eye swelling either, interesting. Fight the good fight and ya'll have a beautiful day!

Thanks guys, now I am having another issue, due to it being foreign for me to eat breakfast and lunch, I'm having issues getting lunch in if/when I have other things to do such as run to town or do a dog hair intervention on my house before I go to work. I leave for work every day at 12:00. I'm having breakfast around 8 because, seriously I can't face food prior to that. I wake at 6 so it's AG1 at 7 followed by coffee and water, then food. After that I start planning and prepping my lunch. Today I had to run to vet and pick up pet meds, to the pharmacy to pick up hubby meds and get back here and run the vacuum in three rooms. Now, I need to plan and eat lunch but I have no time for chopping veggies and then chewing them. What type of nutritionally dense keto foods are best for on the run eating???

Also, between 6 and 7 I am doing my stretch/yoga routine fasting.

I tend to have a habit of over cooking, so there are left overs in my fridge most of the time. I keep boiled eggs & salad prepped in the fridge (you would be AMAZED at the nutrition in eggs, especially free ranged). Avocados are also within easy reach. Bullet proof coffee with grass-fed butter (wonderful benefits) & mct oil is another option when on the run.

If all else fails, I HATE to recommend it, a low carb burger from drive throw. I know Hardees & BK does them here.

Then again, Dr Fung says, if you're not hungry skip it 🤷‍♀️

I used to do BPC, then my magic bullet blender burned up and I never got another, so that went out the window. My car is allergic to pulling into a drive thru 🤣🤣🤣 but boiled eggs and avocado is quick and easy to chew. I may have to boil me a few and leave them in the fridge. I simply have gotten out of the habit of eating multiple meals per day and cannot remember how I used to do it. That is what support is for right?

@Debra, you have got that right, buddy! 🙂 I've never had a magic bullet blender. I just do mine in the regular blender. 🤷‍♀️ I think some of those products are just to enrich businesses. It seems that every time a good thing comes along, businesses try to cash in on it. Look at all the processed "keto foods" on the market now...smh.

A few nuts are great too, Deb.

I also used to do plain pork skins, although I haven't done them lately. My common sense (though it maybe wrong) tells me that they should be good for collagen. 🤷‍♀️

My running-out-the-door grab meal is cold meat and cheese rolled up. You don't get any quicker than that.

Hey Erika! I used to always to that also, but this time around I am trying to keep my hands out of the deli meats, and now when I cook in smaller pots and pans we don't have leftovers. Other than produce, our refrigerator is kinda empty and the meat is raw LOL, so far the hard boiled eggs and avocado is doing the trick for me to grab n go.
