I did not want to put this weight log here … but here it is.. about 3 kg above what I want to be … (yes some might say it’s not much.. for me it is.. )
Feel like I did so well ., the new healthy lifestyle behaviours was coming so naturally … and then May just sucked ! . Personal stuff and this cold ! Winters and me don’t mix.. I struggle… but I think the real cause of this overeating and binging the past few weeks was really from one moment, where I had something indulgent and just thought… wow this is actually so yummy! How have I not been missing this ?? .. and it lead to continuous over indulgence to feel better … now I feel worse … trying again from today,, not restricting myself to the normal limiting calories , I rather upped it a bit to be kind to myself … allow myself that 100 - 200 calories more a day to hopefully easy me back into the things while still finding some comfort in the cold …

Long message sorry, longest I’ve ever typed …
But I need to put this reasoning here.. out there , so I can reset and hold myself accountable… and remember this as part of not only the journey… but a part of life ,, and it’s okay, , because we can dip… not quit,, and keep going,, we know how *
129.0 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
