Thought I would have lost since I did 2 hours and 50 minutes cycling in 9 days. But here we are.
I actually weighed myself Saturday, I was 76.1kg. So maybe it was Sunday Dinner.

Body Fat 32.2%
BMI 26.1
170.6 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
