Its been two weeks since my last weigh in ... and still the same weight .... I am not gonna get my mind off my goal of 220 ..... I just thought I would be a little closer .... Our sono is on Tuesday ..... We are so excited ! .... Women really don't get enough praise and thanks for all they do .... I am forever thankful for my wife and the true blessing from God. Amen
240.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Daniel, Try spreading your calories through out the day over 4 - 5 meals instead of eating most of them at dinner. Your body is in starvation mode cause it never knows when its next meal is coming.. Eat often and your metabolism will move higher. Also cut back on the carbs and make some better food choices can help also. Just trying to help, congrats on the new baby on the way.
