Another pound towards my goal down. Must stay positive, focus on the now, and continue to try to better myself.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's it man live in the moment. Don't steal your own joy by looking to far down the road. Every bit of loss adds up over time.
