I fell off for a while and have been fluctuating between 143 and 138. I am hoping to get under 130 before April 1st. ....... I just need to try much harder.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
