following slimming world but not going to club .... trying to cut out snacks that are not fruit and make sure i do my 10.000 steps. i need to drink more water but am happy so far x
168.3 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
