Lost 6lbs since starting back about 2 weeks ago! I’ve GOT to stick with it this time. The first time I started this I lost about 30lbs and fell back into bad eating habits. Not This Time!!!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
