Been 2 weeks since I stepped on the scale . looks like I've been maintaining well by adjusting my calories for each day based on my activity level for that day. If I want to eat over maintenance one day I'll go under another day. Happy Friday to all you normal work schedulers out there I still have work tomorrow plus I'm on call again whomp whomp
159.0 lb Lost so far: 41.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great! I turn in my food journal weekly to my trainer and he said I was doing great on my food but need to make sure I stay consistent. I tend to want to eat more on workout days and Saturdays. LOL I am trying this week to be better and see how that goes. I am seeing my gains come back at the gym so I have to trust the process. Question - when you are cutting how do you deal with the hunger pains? Is it just willpower?

Redporchlady thanks and that's awesome that your getting it back! I would eat tons of super low calorie high volume foods to trick myself into being full most of the time this past cut I only went to bed hungry a few times and those nights it was just will power.

Great plan and I have started to do that some too. I would like to always eat like a good girl but that doesn't seem possible for old degenerate me.

I do that too. I feel like it gives me a bit of freedom. And if I know I'm going to have a super hard workout I adjust the night before and include more carbs so I'll have the fuel I'll need. 👍

Diana1234 the freedom is great I still record 90 percent of what I eat every day Idk if I will ever be able to stop that aspect of it. plus I like a knowing if I'm hitting the macros I'm after but still lots of flexibility which is awesome
