Spent last week at a Fitness & Health retreat. Felt like a boot camp! After a rocky start, finished feeling fitter, stronger & leaner. A one kilo loss but fitness test compared to day 1 showed improvement. Good sleep, good food & education around mindset really helped. A good kick-start...now for the rest of the work to be done. Feeling very positive & in control.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
