Off to a health retreat today for a week. Have been weighing daily & trying to monitor my food intake, especially evening snacking. No alcohol. Slowly coming down. Hoping this week of focusing on exercise, nutrition & general health will help me keep going. Stress levels & sleep have been awful. My husbands health problems have really ground me down and he wants me to do this too. My anxiety is impacting on him! Just need to manage the guilt of leaving him, but my adult sons are here, so he's not alone.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
