OMG y'all! My frustrating weight plateau has broken! I was going back-and-forth back and forth between 248 246 248 246 and it was driving me crazy and it wouldn't go down and nothing. I wasn't eating any carbs and no sugar and just meat and butter and it was still just hanging out at 248 246! So I would occasionally sneak onto my scales like that made a difference and see if my weight went down at all. 1 day I looked and it was actually 245 but I couldn't believe it and I didn't believe it.so I got on again a couple of days later and it was what 246.😪. Then it was 248! So I gave up but I said I'm not gonna get on the scales for like at least a week. So when I got in the scales this morning? It was 242.8. Yay!!!

On another note updates for all you diabetic type 2's. Carnivore does work my daily fasting blood sugar is coming in around 110 115 which is a heck of a lot better than the 400 it was. And then the 300 it was and then the 252 it was. I will say eat carnivore it does work and all of my blood work has been coming back fine. No I'm not gonna have a heart attack, no, it doesn't give you art attack, no it doesn't give you hardening arteries. Do your own research on carnivore. Don't believe the doctors they're poor little minds have been brainwashed by their medical schooling in which they usually only had maybe one class on nutrition so they don't have a clue. And let's face it. The nutritional Pyramid that they have is absolutely wrong so 100% wrong. We all know, those of us that are on a weight loss of journey. We all know that eating mostly grains as your main food choice is absolutely positively insanity.

And lastly on my last post I was in a very bad place mentally. Not sure what that came from because I am usually a happy sunny positive person at all times even through war in famine and nuclear Armageddon. But for whatever reason I was in a really cloudy murky, dark headspace. I'm better now and I'm out of it so I guess occasionally, even that happy sunny, person in your life has a bad day. hi Daisy. My Doc MD is concerned about my blood sugar too. I am on the brink of diabetes. Thanks for your post.

oh boy do I know that feeling. I have been fighting the 91kg fight for months. Went down to 90 yesterday morning, had daughter over and started in on the carbs... today I'm back at 91.4. so that was silly. :D I had my HBA1c last week, and that's down to 50., which is US 145... it's slowly getting better but hat's off to you managing to get down to 115! I can only hope and pray I can work my way down to that sort of number. Go you. Thanks for the inspiration and the sharing. :)
