Way nice, Lara! Congrats! 

Thanks Heather...back on track. Thinking about buying that bikini soon and taking my mum for a wellness week. It's so much more enjoyable when you are not feeling selfconscious all the time. 

And I'm orange!!! 

YAY! Good Job! I cant wait until I can say I've lost 10 pounds! What exactly are your measurements measuring...I cant seem to figure them out lol. I'm kind of a ditz on monday mornings. 

Allie, these measurements are bodyfat (healthy range for women my age is 19 to 26%), so well over, muscle and water content. I haven't looked up all normal values because I am not in danger of getting too thin...yet :) 

Ok, I figured out what BF meant but was stumped after that lol. How did you figure these? Did you get on the special scale? 

I've got some special scales, they're not as expensive as they used to be. I don't trust them completely though, especially as they can show two or three different weights if you step off and on again. 

I think all scale can show different weights like that, I know mine does. how much was your scale if you dont mind me asking.

Nice job Girl, way to rock it! I'm about the same BF percentage, or I was on the 1st when I took my measurements with a skin caliber. Keep it up and you'll be looking hot in that bikini. 

Bikini! Look at you! Fantastic! I can't even imagine. Very proud of you. Back on track is right. Btw, I have a Tanita Ironman scale.  

Hi I have the Tanita Body composition scales and I can tell you my bf is no where near yours, well done. I think I am going to chuck mine and get some like yours, might improve my bf lol. They certainly make you aware, reducing pounds is no where near as important as reducing bf 

I am definitely not bikini ready yet! But I might buy one this weekend anyway for my holiday in September. The Tanita scales look very professional, mine were quite cheap, non-branded. I feel slimmer, lighter and happier than what the scales say but it is so difficult to ignore these numbers. 

Lara, I think you should buy that bikini AND wear it proudly
