rough start to the morning... committed to get back into my lifting routine tonight and starting phase 2 of my program . I've been far too exhausted the past 2 days to attempt to do any lifting.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 38.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You ok? Hope so. I think you have too much skiing syndrome, or something like that. 😜 Or perhaps should have had that massage syndrome. I bet that would feel good NOW! Hang in there buddy, just a bump…

wifey9707 yeah it's definitely too much skiing syndrome lol. when passes there are 150 bucks a day on a weekday and buying the pass ahead of time 🤦‍♂️gotta get every turn possible in to get my moneys worth lol

Sounds like your body is demanding rest and you need to listen to it. Maybe you are dehydrated or have an electrolyte imbalance. Could you have a subclinical illness? Are you eating enough calories? Are your macros in balance for your program? Exercising too much? Working too much? Access where you are right now before you proceed.

MorticiaAddams I also decided I don't care about getting any leaner once I undo the weekends extra eating in a few days I'll be content and eat around maintenance. My macros are spot on and I'm taking extra precautions with the electrolytes. 😃

I always feel like that after skiing. You just did a boat load of cardio and used muscles that don’t normally get a workout, so it’s not like you’re recovering from a cruise 🫠
