Logging my food is definitely an issue right now. I'm hoping I'm okay with my calories, but fear I may going over. I have felt hungry at bed time this week, but the difficulty is ignoring it. I've been eating chocolate in bed before knocking out. That's so not good for my weight loss!

Self-compassion. Okay, I'm jumping on the scale

I lost half a pound. Not bad.

And here are my body fat numbers to start the monthly check ins this year:

Last month's stats are:

Body Fat 39 %
Fat Mass 56 lbs
Lean Mass 87 lbs

This month's stats are:

Body Fat 35 %
Fat Mass 51 lbs
Lean Mass 95 lbs

Omg!!!!!!!! I lost 5 pounds of fat!!!! And I gained a lot of muscle!!! I gained 8 pounds of muscle!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my wow!!!!!!!!!! Apparently, working out again made a HUGE difference! This is definitely good news!! Yippee!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 80.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! That probably explains why you're feeling hungry too, although I agree that maybe chocolate isn't the best plan. :) Sometimes reading, or another distraction, helps me, or drinking water or tea.

Thank you everyone! And yes, Woperchild, I agree with you on having distractions. I've used tea before so I know that it helps. I'm just lazy I think. I'm already in bed so it's hard to get up and boil water. It's too easy to just get some chocolate on the way to bed. I'm taking things one step at a time! I'm not trying to do the lose a lot of weight fast thing anymore, so we'll see. I want to just incorporate strategies into my life. It's harder than what I did before, which consisted of a rigid diet and tons of exercise. I really want long-term change and consistent habits. My biggest step right now is being honest with myself through FS. Thanks again!
