We went to Uxxxx Pxxxxx on Hawthorne Blvd. in Torrance.
The salad and salmon was delicious, but this chocolate cake recalled me the first impression of American cake. “ How low quality of American cake….”
Nowadays, many restaurants desserts quality is much better than the past. However, this one felt like a fossil had been unearthed. In a way, it's interesting to see a restaurant that still offers cakes like this.
I have to remember not bring my friends from Japan who eats American cake for the first time to avoid giving them bad impressions of “American cake”.
