weight stil the same ... took 4 days off from 60 day every other day workout routine ... restarted wed the 2nd. i am doing the same workout with a few changes in increased reps per set. i think i may have to change up my workout .... not too sure what to do ... ill look around the internet. We have our sono planned for the 22nd for our baby ! So so excited .... two months or less !
242.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
