I don't normally do two weigh ins in a day, but i was curious after being asleep for most of the day... I've seen a few people here mention quality sleep and calorie burn, and yes, turns out it's a thing for me too. Interesting 🤔
175.9 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
