After being a bit wishy washy with my diet lately, I've committed to going back to full strict Carnivore (no dairy) for a year. Doing at least 2 weeks of priming to get things started. Today is Day 1 🥩🧈🥓🥚😋
Healing first, then fat loss 💫
153.4 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
