Only day 3 and I am following my calorie counting very well. I can only hope that at the end of 7 days, I will have lost at least one pound.
Knees still very bad, shoulder a bit better. Do not do any exercising yet, still too painful.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
