You’re going to need another garden and fridge at this rate. Might as well start saving, since teenagers are like locusts. And they bring home more teenage friends, too 😁

I feel like we are riding a roller coaster here OTB! What a journey you have going on but all worth it with the results you are getting!

Redporchlady haha true I zoomed out on my weigh ins and it looks like I've just been bouncing for almost 3 weeks now. I don't see how I could hit my goal in 6 weeks unless there was just excessive fat gain which would be pointless but I'm going to increase the calories a bit and see what happens I was relying heavily on my garmin data to decided how many calories to consume per day and it had been pretty good so far but may not be accurate anymore.

I'm also truely amazed that I've been able to do this I was very skeptical about this but I have been successful at slow and sustained weight gain. No pigging out no binging just methodical planned gains. Sure im not happy with the extra temporary chunk but wow has it been so worth it in terms of how I feel and my strength gains have been amazing. The best part is I'm not freezing all the time and have more energy.

My parents had 4 kids (!), and our garden got bigger and bigger each year to accommodate us. My kid brother grew to 6'2" and would go through a gallon of milk a day and a giant jar of peanut butter in 4. To this day he has yet to top 170 lbs. He burned out on PB though, and won't touch milk now. So good times lay ahead, Otb, though I'm sure they'll turn out fine. 💚

At least when you look at it though the trend is still upwards. At least you timed this correctly so when summer hits you will be in your cut phase correct? The weather will be warmer!

Yep I'm starting the cut March 1st regardless of what weight I hit by that point. And I'll be a lean mean machine by May. 2 months is more than enough time to get rid of the extra fluff I put on.

Andrew 😁 :My parents used to order us to Go Play In Traffic. They bought us bikes and balls and hung a hoop above the garage. No fence around the property. We picked & ate wild berries we found while riding around, otherwise it was Just Be Home For Supper.

We had a huge garden, too -- half a city lot. (We had a double lot. ) Dad had no rototiller except us 🤣 Some of my favorite memories are digging up the garden with my brothers and snapping green beans in the kitchen at harvest. I credit that garden in part for my love of veggies
