5 days of workouts 2 rest days and a 40+ hr working week arhh!! life is good..2023 peeps new year new ambitions @GETSUM!!..
185.2 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

I'm usually tired after 3 consecutive days but I'm going to push through today and have a rest tomorrow. I need results!

@AVT84 try day on day off recovery is essential depending on your workout schedule..
