With the winter cold the ground is too hard for me to run on. I can feel every single divet and bump in the grass and the frost is making things slick. I have to run 2 times slower to not huurt myself or hurt my foot in a dent in the earth. Took the cover off the exercise bike. Guess I will be cycling now
222.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
