really? 1 lb? i didn't think the weight loss would slow down like this yet.... guess it's time ro start getting more extreme.... so today is my "off" day. Tomorrow starts an even stricter relm.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
