Think I'm going to cut the cals back a bit idk 🤷‍♂️ this whole thing is weird I couldn't gain for awhile now it is happening too fast idk 😐 granted this will be back down tomorrow but idk 🙃 I got the whole losing weight thing down to a science controlled weight gain seams to be more of an issue 🤷‍♂️ we did our yearly trip out to cabelas for Christmas pictures with Santa followed by lunch at red robin yesterday so It was a high cal high fat high salt meal. I'm sure that did wonders for my blood work that I had done this morning 😄
