Isn't it funny that you were fighting for the scale to go down and now have to fight it to go up? 😆

TheUnhealthyDaddy omg it's so true!! It just wants me to be 155 😄. I will say this though this whole experience has showed me that if I stay active getting my steps in, lifting weights and eat 85 percent good what I consider healthy whole foods and 15 percent not as good I can literally eat as much as my stomach can fit and I won't gain weight!! I am super full of water and bloated though.

Feast or famine for me. I spent the first 15 years of my life being too skinny. And then after 46 I was way too fat. I am hoping to at some point to hit normalcy again.

The bloating goes down with walking, I’ve found. Crazy how you lost weight after eating that 832 kcal plate of veggies and chicken yesterday. Was any of that from your garden?

I mean, I know how the math works with CICO, but my point was that you aren’t eating minuscule amounts of food to land at 155 lbs.

I know there are many who can't do cardio, or do very little, during a bulk because they find it hard to eat that much. I have to do cardio for life to avoid clots. You might have to tweak it a bit soon. Either add some more fats or decrease cardio a bit.

TheUnhealthyDaddy yeah I don't want to cut done my walking I enjoy it and think it's worth it for the health benefits and stress relief but I did add in a pb sandwich today. I'm going to have to increase the fats it's the only way. maybe just some nuts or pb or avocado, or olive oil
