ㅠㅠ since i work at gangnam on apr .due overload working time & stress.make me eat eat eat
i wake up at 8 am start work at 0930, 1st meal at 2pm (use only 10min to finish meal) , 2nd ml at 10 pm, i eat only 2meal but due to so tired ,i eat a large amount at dinner + whole day snack (chocolate)
NOW. my A1C reach at 8.9 😱 OMG (normally 6.5). i afraid that my Ketone level may high so check it yesterday, & i will know result tomorrow.
Since i set my target 60kg. i never reach target ㅠㅠ . I star diet at 98kg ,i can drop till 73kg then it up to 80kg. restart restart again & again .I FELL SO TIRED TO DIET. 쌀빼는개 지긋지긋 하다 😰😰
If i didnt care about my health condition . i wont diet
겅강생각만아니면 왜 이반복돼는 다이애드새상 애서사라가야하는지 몰르갯다 ㅠㅠ 당뇨 고혈압 고지혈 신장 관절 심장 다~~~ 퉁퉁햇어 생긴병이다
운동안하고 먹고 먹고 😭
178.6 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
