part 2, walking done 11,961 exercise bike to do shortly, the good old Emmerdale and bake off. so no chat tonight 😕 too much to do. All have a wonderful evening Night night, chat tomorrow night. Much love Everyone ❤️.

I have decided to give couch to 5k a go. I can hardly run a bath, let alone 3 miles, lol, Oh Well, we will see if i stick it

First Walk - Run done today, It wasn't actually that bad, all be it, I wasn't at Olympic pace, lol. As for food,Well, I had Pineapple and Red Kidney bean curry ( from BBC Food website )for dinner, It was really nice, bit of rice and some green salad on the side to boot. Bit spare for lunch tomorrow. Chicken stew tomorrow night, Slow cooker, one pot magic.
