Really happy with weight-loss yesterday, I am having on average 3.2l of water per day, gut health seems excellent, no bloating, ketones 1.6mmol, not feeling hungry at all minimum 115g protein.
329.8 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
