Yesterday, we ate poppyseed lemon muffins with coffee for breakfast.
Had a big salad for lunch.
My husband bought sushi rolls for dinner.

I have to reset again for new week.
100.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
