survived my 7th hurricane during my life and somehow lost 1/2 a pound. safe in Florida 🥓🥓🥓🥓🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚

271.4 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb. Still to go: 21.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.3 lb a week
