debrafrederick's Journal, 13 October 2014

Good Morning FS Friends, as suspected my arrow has turned this week, most likely due to my usual amount of bloat. I usually have 2-5 pounds of retained water on me at this time. I was hoping that would be alleviated by my new WOE, but apparently not :( . Considering the tiny size of the rise however, I believe that next weeks weigh in will be much better. My waist size has increased by one inch from 43 to 44, my thighs have dropped an inch from 30 to 29, everything else is the same. So there is a loss there somewhere, it's just masked by reproductive system fallout!

Interesting observations:

Cramps are minimal (Thank you very much!)
Irritation levels have not climbed (my husband thanks you very much)
Chocolate craving passed quicker
Craving for meat and cheese increased
Very little fatigue and mental fogginess
Nighttime restless leg symptoms not kicking in this time

In general I'm feeling pretty good and not at all reluctant to leave the house today as is usual for me during this time. I'm pleased :)
