I've been doing good the last few days with eating and exercise. My friend who has 40 lbs to lose started on South Beach as recommended by her doctor, so it got me reading that again and inspired to watch the amts of useless carbs I eat and focus again on whole, real foods and less on sugary stuff, etc. It's pretty much what I've been doing all along but it just got my head clearer again and thinking in that direction.

I've done weights twice this week so far, ran, walked, biked and elliptical for just Monday and Tuesday. Tonight I will head to the gym again either to try the boot camp class or the zumba class which I heard is really fun. My belly is back to looking pretty flat and I am feeling slimmed down again. For me the difference b/w being 135/136 to 139/140 looks so different. It is for me the feeling of going from thin to fat in those 3-4 lbs.

Well, the kids have playdates today so I will be shopping for a new camera and groceries and maybe a few clearance racks by myself today! I will check in with you later! Make it a great day!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Shopping alone.... I love it! Makes things so much easier than when you have to constantly keep an eye out for your kids either knocking things down, or people trying to grab them (would probably never happen, but ya never know!). Keep up the great work with your exercise - your doing great!!!!

I can feel the difference in just one pound on my belly... huge difference. I understand you completely. and shopping alone ahhh!! I went into kohls for ONE little exchange for my daughter and found a good clearance rack for me! ;)

Zumba is really fun! Try it! Glad to hear belly is back to normal. I noticing that as I'm getting older...my belly tends to retain a lot more water during pre-red dragon and during Red Dragon than it used to! Yipees! Great job on all that exercise!
