Here I gain again. I have to refocus and start again. Pop and bread is my down fall and once I fall I really fall, and struggle to let it only be a one day slip up. My original goal was 10 pounds per month and I should have been close to 235 by now, so time to start again and be at 240 by this time next month.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
