Erquiaga1 my final goal is to be a lean mean fighting machine..... no goal weight anymore But I do want to get down to 14 percent body fat while packing on as much muscle as possible. I just set some weight lifting goals for myself this morning as well as I want to be able to run 6 miles straight by May when I do my 1st 15k tough mudder. I plan on staying at my current calorie Intake for the next 3 months which puts me in only a very slight deficit each day and. Some days I will eat more when I do more activity. Then in january I plan on cutting back the calories and pushing for the 14 % body fat and hopefully I like the way I look at that point but my plans change all the time.

Haha yeah things were much clearer when I was just chasing a number on the scale but I'm past that point now and don't really want to weight less than 150. That's cool that he did the mudder I had so much fun when I did mine last month.
