Continue to work out everother day / Run 1.5 miles : 3 sets of 3 pullups. 10 pushups 20 leglifts. 15 curls and 15 bent over rows.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
