honestly the food wasn't even good just a sgit show of a day. had a Great morning out with the family enjoyed some food at a festival then we did some poor planning and only had a chance to eat kettle corn and Smors at an event. ae got home all starving and k ew we already blew our days eating up why not continue it. so we raided the freezer of all the shit food that ha seen sitting there for months that we stopped eating because it would be a fast meal. well at that point I wasn't just going to stop their I had to go fill bore and eat anything I could get my hands on at that point..... yeah I'm pathetic

Cupcake thanks, I don't like being human it's super lame... kinda messed up because overall I had been doing friggin awesome lately. Everything just seamed to have fallen into place I wasn't hungry anymore, I had enough energy to do whatever I needed or wanted to do, and was pushing harder and and harder weight lifting .ughh alright enough of my pity party. Legs are still sore as shit so activity will be low today have to get some stuff done but overall just resting.

Oh gosh that is only human! Actually I think we need to all do that once in awhile. We are mad at ourselves and most of the time your body says yuck! Then you just hop right back into healthy eating and say “Never again!” But it will and it is ok as long as it is not a habit. When I do that I say to myself I have worked to hard for this and my health. You got it and I am sure it was mostly carbs so you will be peeing them out for a few days. 🤣

Redporchlady I know myself so saying it will never happen again would be delusional lol I wasn't even planning on saying anything about it just moving on with life and back on track today. It always starts the same way for me by failing to plan correctly then I flip the switch and it's over I'm eating way past the point of being full just to do it at that point. And your right I did feel gross and sick to my stomach . anyway I'm not going to harp on it anymore it is what it is it happened now back to the regularly scheduled program and a hopefully it won't happen again for a few months haha. Failing to plan is planing to fail couldn't apply more to me
