I have not been on one specific name diet plan but "mix it up" to what I feel like eating. I gain weight when I eat to much sweets or desserts. I need to eat more chicken, fish, and vegetables instead of sweets or desserts. I usually do not eat to much salty chips so that is a plus. I finally got below 140 pounds on October 9, 2014. I was below that in December 2013 then at 140 in January 2014 and kept above that for these past months.
I am a stress eater also. I take it out on myself when I am stressed instead of venting out at others. Sometimes even being on the computer and waiting seems to be stressful and frustraiting. My goal weight is 120 pounds and I hope I can be that weight by May 2015 or before.
