As suspected, my initial water weight loss is over and now I will have to watch the weight come down more slowly. However, I have still lost an amazing number of inches it seems like my fat is re-arranging it's self.

Bust - 50.5 down from 54 -3.50
Waist - 42 down from 43 -1
Hips - 56 down from 58 -2
Upper arm - 15 down from 15.5 -0.5
Thigh - 30 same
Knees - 21 same
Neck - 16 same

Another 7 inches poofed bye bye! I'll take it!

281.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 101.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
