I am 7 weeks pregnant. My due date will be on May 2015. I want to track my weight and follow the healthy meal plan during the pregnancy. I hope I can do it.
Since I had experienced gaining 20kg with my first baby and very difficult to loose it. It took a year to loose the weight. I dont want to gain that much with my current pregnancy.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
