Goes to show you calories in is allot more than calories out..arhh!! time for Jedi mind control..😝😜
191.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

My garmin watch counts calories burned. I use that and the food diary. It's a great way to see calories consumed vs burned.
