been holding back on continuing the reverse dieting and adding back another 100 calories for longer than I should have. I was doing it in hopes of fixing some of my slip ups but my body said enough is enough . yesterday's hunger was pretty bad so I finally raised my calorie goal by 100 going to stick here until Sunday then up it again by another 100. stuck to my new calorie budget and got a leg workout in with lots of squats. made it through another day without getting called out I was starting to think something had to be wrong with my phone🤣 all packed up and ready for the day with lunch and dinner for the road.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 47.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so glad you are not driven crazy with calls. I sometimes put in 14 hour days and one girl ended up working 20.

20 in one day yikes that's alot. my regular schedule is four 10 hour shifts this week I'm in for six 10 hour shifts plus the on call so its going to be a nice pay check lol

ajbusjahn deffintly not a good feeling knowing your always on the hook like that. Don't be too impressed my volume is way down I just keep hitting a wall the past 6 workouts half way through since ive been back from vacation. It's the main driver for me increasing my calories to be able to give my workouts a more solid effort.
