Killing it... hardly any exercise and I am down now a total of 42 lbs. Staying under 2000 calories and less than 100g of carbs per day. This diabetes might just be a blessing yet.
386.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
