eating well ... and still working out / running / walking on a reg basis will turn it up on Monday with extra focus on my diet and a new change up on my circuit training .... BF Hydro has stayed the same .... will like to see BF% below 30 soon ....
244.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
