2kg lost in this first week of my challenge. Really happy to see a new lowest weight 🥳 I expect next week to be a little smaller loss, but going to stick with it. I resisted some serious urges to buy junk food today 🙈 (emotional issues, and it's usually what happens after a breakthrough). Bought some roasted peanuts and canned meat instead for treats 😂 Super proud of myself!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weldone, I'm on my second week. Lost 1.7kg so I'm nervous to see what the loss will be for this week
