Weight drop over the last several days is inaccurate. I had a colonoscopy. Soft food 2 days prior, colon prep day, liquid day of, "regular diet" too much air fryer chick next day and paid for it. Back to full liquid last 2 days.

Hadn't had one done in too many years. Had 2 polyps, diverticulosis. Not at all surprised for so many years over consuming too many bad foods. Taking it easy another couple of days with full liquid/soft diet until I feel back to normal.

Are we having fun yet?:)
169.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
