Yesterday I ate;

Breakfast: BP Coffee jelly, fried egg

Lunch: Salad with avocado and tofu, miso soup with nori

Dinner: Salad with avocado, steamed Japanese sweet potatoes and temphe, Baked Saba (mackerel), dessert for figs
97.2 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
