Slept 9.2hrs inn 2 shifts
BM no

Day 12 of 21 with pre-Surgery Optifast. Hectic & stressful day. Missed Breakfast & had 3rd shake a few minutes ago. Did not fit in 4th shake. I will now travel with packets of Optifast in the car with me. Still no hunger.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
