Maintenance is a challenge, for sure!

Trackin' you are absolutely right! Have to lower my caloric allowance. The new RDI calculations doesn't make that easy. I've got to buckle down and make myself avoid afternoon snacks. Seems right about 4 o'clock pm, I have a horrendous craving for coffee and a cookie. To enjoy that, I have to forfeit half a meal somewhere, or double up on my exercise. I think I need to take up walking at dusk. My neighborhood is safe for that. I'll let you know if I follow through on this little self-therapy session. Thank you for replying. 🤗
