I decided to finally change my weight to today’s weight, , After all , take accountability, Being sedentary for those 3 months, and eating everything, I finally weighed myself on the 5th June , and I was 93kg, , so I’ve lost 7.5 kg in the last 5 weeks, and want to shift another 5kg then reevaluate. 🤞🏻💪🏻👍🏻

Just bananas- Thanks for your support 👍🏻 The back story was - I’ve been in and out of hospital for those 3 months (mainly in hospital) ending in an operation, so i could only start training again since the 5th June.
